Hi Erin! thanx for posting ur vids, I rellay appreciate it cuz i'm not a gym person and working out can be a hassle sometimes. Ur vids are convenient and a work-out! however, this particular one, I didn't feel my shoulders getting a work-out I felt my thighs and butt getting more of a work-out. also my mid back seemed to cramp. am i doing something wrong? how far apart am i supposed to place my feet?
